The Big Plans program is a community partnership among teachers, artists, and community leaders. We welcome all forms of support, financial, informational, and collaborative, as we develop this initiative into a strong and effective measure for addressing vocational inequality.
Supporting education and innovation.
In partnership with the Community Action Development Corporation of Bethlehem, our work in the schools has become more strongly focused on issues of social equity. We believe Big Plans!, our new program promoting occupational self-confidence and positive vocational perspectives, represents a very concrete strategy for using the applied arts to address true cultural equity in our society.
About our Program

Also available as a classroom program, it is comprised of six workshops sessions of up to twenty-five students and the assembly. The workshops are designed to produce a fifteen to twenty minute group student performance.
his student performance is coupled with a school visit and talk by a successful member of the local workforce. Combined with a post-performance question and answer session, the Big Plans! school assembly lasts between forty-five and fifty minutes.
